2. Services
All content on this website – including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics and code – is the property of PX Consulting BV or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any content on this website without prior written consent.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in deliverables created during an engagement (including designs, reports, drawings and specifications) remain with PX Consulting BV until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, the agreed-upon usage rights transfer to the client as specified in the engagement agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
PX Consulting BV provides project management, engineering and operational excellence services for industrial clients. The scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement or proposal.
All quotes and proposals are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. A contract is formed only upon written acceptance by both parties.
We reserve the right to subcontract part of the work to qualified third parties, while remaining responsible for the quality of deliverables as agreed.
4. Liability
The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. While we strive to keep the content accurate and up to date, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy or reliability of the information.
PX Consulting BV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or our services, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
Our total liability for any claim arising from an engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
