Your Role

As a Project Engineer/Manager, you will be the driving force behind the successful delivery of technical projects from concept to completion.
You’ll coordinate with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage engineering projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Translate client needs into technical solutions and project plans.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Report project status to clients and internal stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

  • A degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • 2+ years of experience in project engineering or project management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • A proactive mindset, problem-solving attitude and hands-on mentality.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar) is a plus.
